The Tuscaloosa County Health Department offers clinical, home health and environmental services to the public.
Certified copies of birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates may be obtained from the health department.
Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Vital Records office is open 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Drive-thru Flu Clinic
The Tuscaloosa County Health Department will host a drive-thru flu vaccination clinic on Thursday, October 23, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will be held at the Belk Activity Center at Bower's Park Complex. No appointment necessary. Please wear short sleeves. Vaccination is free for those with Medicaid or Medicare-Part B (card required), and $5 for everyone else.
