The Talladega County Health Department has facilities in the cities of Talladega and Sylacauga. 

Each location offers clinical, environmental, and vital records services. Vital records services include certified birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates for events that occurred in the State of Alabama. These records are available upon request for a fee. 

In addition, the Sylacauga Branch offers home health and life care services.

Hours of Operation

Branch Hours: 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Home Health Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Home Health staff is on-call seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
