The Hale County Health Department offers clinical and environmental services to the public. 

Certified copies of birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates may be obtained from the health department.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Closed for Lunch: 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.

Prostate Cancer Screening
