Program Overview
The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) Elderly and Disabled Waiver and HIV/AIDS Waiver Case Management Branch present this in-service training on Promoting Personal Safety during Home Visits. The objective of this training is to promote the use of proactive safety measures to reduce the risk of personal injury and incidents during home visits.

Target Audience
Alabama Department of Public Health Social Workers and Case Managers. This training is a required in-service for E/D Waiver and HIV/AIDS Waiver Case Managers for the calendar year 2011.

Complete the Post-conference Materials
After reveiwing the presentation, all registered participants must complete the on-line Post Exam and Training Acknowledgement form. Once this form has been completed and submitted, this course will be listed as complete on your transcript.
