Program Overview
Infection control is a topic that’s reviewed each and every year. As a home health aide or attendant, you can never be too careful or too protected when it comes to caring for a patient. Following proper infection control procedures not only keeps your patient healthy, it keeps you healthy as well. This program will review some of the basic protective procedures both personally and within the home, as well as emphasize proper care for patients with HIV/AIDS or Tuberculosis.
