Program Overview
Developing a correct Plan of Care begins with a good assessment. The “show me, don’t tell me method” of assessing your patient will capture the care your patient needs. Developing an accurate Plan of Care will assure all patient needs. Following the Plan of Care provides all care the physician ordered. Our goal today is to provide guidance so you will be able to understand the key elements of a Care Plan and complete it correctly.
